Thank you for all your continued help with my chimney sweeps (year after year) and animal issues. The service person, Jon, you sent to my house has been fantastic! He is always polite, takes off his shoes before entering the house, Is trustworthy, and explains every possible scenario and his steps of the process in detail. I have found him to be a joy to work with to resolve some issues we have had with our chimney.
Jon had to clean out 3 dead squirrels on his first visit to our house about a month ago. When we continued to have "bugs" in our fireplace, Jon came back out and cleaned out our ash pit in the basement and rechecked the chimney. Unfortunately, Jon found a "fresh dead" squirrel in our chimney on the second visit and had to remove it. The duty of having to remove dead squirrels in both visits to our house didn't phase Jon. He remained pleasant and upbeat during the entire time he was here. When I apologized for the squirrel situation, Jon stated "It is my job to take care of that for you, don't worry about it!" He truly acted like a professional.
Please let Jon know that we appreciate his work and how well he handled our situation. For now, our bugs are gone and our chimney is clean. Thank you for all your help in resolving our issues and thanks to Jon for being such a "trooper" when cleaning out the dead squirrels.
