Ed manages our crew in the field, trains new sweeps to be competant masonry helpers, and maintains open professional relationships with area plumbing and heating system experts. Ed works efficiently and with a great deal of skill. He can be rebuilding a chimney in Cambridge one day and sweeping an oil flue on another day. Once a Chef, Ed understands and demonstrates quality craftsmanship job after job. Currently Ed holds the following Certifications:

- NFI Certified Woodburning Specialist - National Fireplace Institute
- Certified Thermocrete Installer - Thermocrete USA
Ed has been working by day on the job sites, rebuilding chimneys, solving problems, and training new sweeps and masons and has been networking with area plumbers and heating contractors to educate them about our services and how we can bring value and confidence to their customers. Ed's experience and expertise has gained the confidence of some of the bigger plumbing and heating companies in Massachusetts.
He is the type of guy that sees a new tool in the morning and by afternoon he's not only proficient with it but has read about its history, uses, benefits, and shortcomings. He's the guy we want leading our technicians to line chimneys properly, inspect complex flues with precision, and develop the right solution for the impossible job.
