Dear Billy,
Phyllis and I would
like to express our appreciation to you and your staff for the
professionalism and competence in repairing a long lasting problem with
our chimney, before it literally fell off the house.
Your
work staff was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that our needs
were considered, especially in keeping the equipment and staging away
from our landscaping. They also made sure that the property was secure
during the day and after they left.
After the nightmare
experiences we had with other building contractors, you were a joy to
work with. We would be happy to provide you with references in the
future and look forward to additional work for our other chimney next
spring.
