Thank you for taking the time to discuss the work you performed on my mom's chimney. I appreciate that we could discuss the three stages of work and subsequent billing, and I think you were more than fair to waive the latest charges.
I own a small business too, and the worst thing that could happen is to have an unsatisfied customer. I explained to my mom that you were very nice to call and resolve the issue. We truly appreciate your attention to this matter and your generosity in adjusting the bill.
While I don't know many people in the Lynn area who have chimney problems, when I go to Swampscott for my friend's annual Fourth of July celebration, I'll be sure to mention your company in a favorable light.
